On the beautiful valley floor of the Cabinet Gorge, surrounded by forest covered mountains and majestic snow capped peaks, just a few hundred yards through a wildlife refuge from the spectacular Clark Fork of the Columbia River, lies the Diamond T Ranch. Amidst a mixture of woods, pastures, ponds, wildlife and our animals, our seven, non-smoking, log cabins serve as comfortable lodging for our guests.

Our rates are very affordable--only $95 a night for one or two people (Ask about our special Shepherd’s Rest rates for pastors and missionaries.). Pets are allowed for a fee. Tents are $15 a night and RV’s are $20.

Located just 120 miles from Spokane, Washington and 78 miles from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, the ranch is nestled on 132 acres 8 miles up river from the huge Lake Pend Oreille, and only 35 miles from Schweitzer Ski area. The quaint, small town of Clark Fork, with restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations is just five miles away.

Fish the ranch ponds, local rivers or beautiful nearby lakes. Hike the uncrowded mountain ranges. Cycle the back country roads. Ride horses through the valley and mountain trails with our neighbors who are outfitters, or bring your own horse and ride unassisted. Hunt the large variety of big and small game on the ranch, or in the National Forest across the road. Snowmobile from groomed National Forest Trails right into the ranch in the winter, or cross country Ski or snowshoe right on the ranch. Read, do puzzles or play family games with your family. Pet or feed the ranch animals in the petting pen. Gather eggs or throw hay with the Wagoners to taste ranch life, or peddleboat on the large, spring fed pond. Sit around the campfire, sing, laugh and tell stories, or look at more stars than you’ve ever seen in your life.
